With 6 separate blocks up to 78m high, the plans involve the removal of the roundabout opposite Lewisham station, the roundabout and surrounding area will be replaced by:

57,000 sq m residential (800 homes)

60,000 sqm education
By serving the initial notice prior to October 2013 means a potential saving on construction costs. Conditional approvals at an early stage has meant that the scheme has an early sign off for building control. The first phase, will comprise of: 193 studio, one, two and four bedroom apartments and 5,575 square feet of retail space all within two buildings; major highway improvements and a new open park- Confluence Place, which will include significant improvements, to the rivers Quaggy and Ravensbourne.
The two new 15 and 22 storey buildings have been designed by award-winning architects PRP. Clad with brick and a durable light stone-looking cladding, the buildings will feature the latest in energy saving technology.
