Demolition of existing school with the construction of six storey BREEAM Excellent, luxury residential block in Campden Hill with basement car parking consisting 72 private apartments. Head Projects Group are the consultants on Building Control, Party Wall and Fire Engineering. The project provides 16,560 sqm of usable residential accommodation, all of which overlooks private, south-facing landscaped gardens, including mature trees with good orientation and natural daylighting.

Works started on site in June 2014 and are scheduled to finish in July 2016.
