A development of 25 private luxury apartments and 13 socially affordable apartments contained over 6 residential floors, above a basement for private parking and occupier storage. A private occupier’s fitness centre will include a swimming pool, gym and steam room and underground parking.

Works started on site in July 2012 and are scheduled to finish in the third quarter of 2014.
